11/6/2023 – Ferrari wins the 24 Hours of Le Mans outright for the first time since 1965. The #51 499P Hypercar, driven by Alessandro Pier Guidi, James Calado and Antonio Giovinazzi, took a dramatic win on the race's centenary (100th anniversary) running.
11/6/2023 – The win ends a 58-year gap since Ferrari's last outright Le Mans victory in 1965.
11/6/2023 – 2023 is also the final year for the GTE Pro and GTE Am classes, which are replaced by the new GT3-based LMGT3 category from 2024.
